Here at Rum Wolf, customer service is a priority. We want you to be as happy as we are to bring your creation to life. Please don’t hesitate to ask anything that we haven’t covered in our FAQ section.  We strive to return all emails within a 7 day period at the latest. Occasionally, family and life things come up and we greatly appreciate your patience should these events occur.

Please understand that mascot creation is an art.  While we work hard to make sure your dream is realized to its fullest. We also understand that rest is required to keep the creative juices flowing. Because of this, please do not expect a response over the weekend. Our working hours are from 8:30 AM – 7 PM Monday – Friday.
